The Elite Development Program (EDP) is a high-impact in-person training membership built around the Totally4Fitness 4 Pillars to Peak Performance: Elite Mindset, Physical Fitness, Technical Development, and Nutrition & Recovery.

Athletes train in a structured, high-performance environment under the direct guidance of a Master Performance Coach, following a progressive system designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, endurance, strength, power, speed, and agility.

Each week athletes receive:
